UPDATE: 8/14/18 Yearly physical. Currently weighing in at 231 lbs. Still spend mating season in time-out, until I decide to play nice with the turtles again.

UPDATE: 8/23/19 It’s that time of year again where Rebel has his yearly physical exam. Currently weighing in at 235 lbs. Our big boy got a wonderful cleaning by our rehabilitation specialists, blood work drawn, and weigh-in. He is currently playing nice with all the turtles and loving life in our main pool. 

UPDATE: 4/17/2020 Currently Rebel is in “Time Out” it is mating season and he is being rebellious. 

UPDATE: 4/21/20 Got a full scrub down today, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

UPDATE: 1/13/22 Rebel is always enjoying his time in the main pool. There are some new family members (non-releasable) he has been getting use to in the main pool.

He has taken a liking to Shallow Hal, a female loggerhead that was admitted to the hospital in November 21.

6/24/2022: Rebel is spending his nap time in the hurricane tank. He opens his eyes just long enough to see I don’t have any food. Click video below to see.
