Reason: Floating, Lethargic

3/31- Found floating near Bahia Honda State Park. Upon arrival to The Turtle Hospital, he had mucus coming from his mouth and nose. X-rays show a massive lung infection. We started him on fluids and antibiotics. We’ll be sending off a sample of the mucus for cytology.

4/28/19 One of Teddy’s afternoon nebulizer treatments.

6/24/19-Deceased due to complications.
